Hi all, I'm looking to get feedback from golfers about their buying habits in buying new clubs. It is part of a validation exercise that I need to do. There are 4 short questions which will take you no more than 20 seconds in total. If you could help me out I’d really appreciate it! Here’s the link; https://goo.gl/forms/uyjellY16hlJ6ndq2
Apologies to anyone who may not be interested.
(ps I thought a nice picture of a golf course might persuade you even more to help me out! - thanks again, Ciaran)

No way I'd buy online. I want to hit what I'm going to buy ideally on a monitor and see how it performs compared to my current model. Simple as that. After that if I want to go down a custom fitting route I will

How's your golf going? Are those clubs you purchased from speaking to someone and trying them out perfect? Do they go in a straight line and one hop on the green and stop dead? Are you considering being on Tour coz they and you are now so awesome? Nope thought not. Research online, buy second hand, try 'em, ditch 'em if they don't work. Start again. Buying new won't help anyone. Oooops, sorry to those who have just bought some new clubs. LOL. Remolding a lump of metal into a different shape doesn't make the lump of metal £500 better than the ones you already have.

At the end of the day it's a consumer choice and as long as I can afford to do so, especially a custom fit I'll exercise my right to do so. If you want to save cash and go second hand, crack on

I'm really not sure what you are trying to say, despite reading it several times. What do you mean buying new does not help anyone? From this statement and from what I can glean from the rest of your post - are you saying that using launch monitors to inform purchases and other fitting techniques are a waste of time? Asking as I do not want to misinterpret what you have said
