Might try that ...They were just a couple of 12oz fillet steaks. Hot rock in the oven for an hour and whack your steak/prawns/veg on there and cook it how you want. It's the best way to cook a steak, believe me.
I just get the whole fillet on there, sear it and then cut thick slices off and cook med rare. Cushty

Did it on hols in Spain years ago. Really good until my nephew, aged 5 ish wondered how hot it was, and burned his finger.
He is now 6ft 4, and is an amateur boxer. I am not going to remind him of this.
If you like steak Steve, you won't be disappointed, although they will also cook prawns, fish, veggies etc. Just give you the utmost control over how you like it.Cheers! Will get one ordered this weekend I think.
