Thanks guys, like i said not been playing long, too be honest havnt even got off driving range as yet still building up the confidence as dont want to make an absolute fool of myself. ( not straight away anyways), but living in doncaster theres plenty of courses for me to go at when ready, just bought myself a cheap starter set of clubs to get me going, as said ill no doubt be asking annd probing a bit. Good luck, get yourself out on the course as soon as you can, will learn alot there too as its completely different from just hitting to a wide open range.

And practice plenty of short game.

Get yourself on a course when you feel ready, don't worry about anyone else around you and see what you have managed to translate from the range to the course.
