Help with excel

Can anyone tell me what this graph/chart is called other than bubble and how do i do this in excel?

I don't think that is an excel graph. Never seen it before. Looks like it was made in MS paint. I guess its to show the over all growth in student debt.

I just googled different excel graphs and never seen it. Also checked my excel 2010 and I can't see anything like this. I can see a bubble chart which has bubbles against a scale. http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/e...art-HA001117076.aspx?CTT=5&origin=HA001034607

It can be done in excel, but it takes a bit of time.. My home PC has a newer version, so can do it there. But it will take time.

Excel over 10 mins + too many things to adjust.

Powerpoint just under 2 mins..
