help resolve an ebay problem

charged £12 for parcelforce 48hr.

if it stated this on the description ie you were paying for a specific service then you have a valid case, £5.20 is non tracked standard parcels.

Also condition wise, whilst subjective, if the pics are different from the item you have a case.

Profiteering from postage is against ebay policy & if you open a dispute you would win (if you can be arsed to wait a few weeks until it's resolved)

I'd ask the seller to reimbursed the postage, based on condition and postage differencial,. if not open a dispute. ebay is full of knobs who take the mickey

ive opened a case up with ebay and the seller over the postage charge. condition of club is another story as I can change the grip etc. bit poor from the seller as the club is defo not as described. but I can put up with that as its a second hand club that is still useable

ok so the seller disagreed with my rating of the club but I have been refunded £5 which will cover the postage difference. funnily enough the seller still say its like new and doesn't need regripped. I will show the club to a forum member and see what he thinks.
