Help re new iPad/Android

Not computer savvy but have an iPad which is almost 4 years' old. Smallish in size and about 16GB.

Looking to upgrade with may be IPad Pro 9.7 but understand Google Pixel C is good..
Do not download films but want to be able to pick up 4G and
like the attachments USB ports! And want more GB.

Realise Apple is more expensive but budget could go to £700 if necessary.

Any help would be appreciated and just to confirm not very good with computers.

We have also a Lenova laptop at present which is 12 months' old.

Personally, if funds were there I'd get the best iPad you can afford. For me they're the most intuitive, have a huge range of apps and are just the best of the mainstream tablets.

Android is good and more tweakable but if you aren't into your tech then chances are you won't see the benefit of that.
