Handicap cut

Played in our club championship at the the weekend, comp is played over two days with lowest aggregate gross score announced club champion. Anyways long story short I shot a 75 on saturday and a 79 on sunday coming 3rd overall just behind a 4 handicapper and a 6 handicapper. Anyway just checked club website and have been cut from 9.5 to 8.7, finally a single figure golfer woohoo

cheers, im actually going to be joing a new club in the next couple of months so target will probably be to try and play to new handicap there and if it goes well (new club has short game practice area) am hoping to get to 7 by end of year. Maybe setting sights a bit high but I am going to give it a good go
