So if you’re playing team match play 2v2 how do work out how many shots you get?

I’ve seen it worked out individually (90% of your playing handicap then shots adjusted against the lowest handicap in the group) and also seen it as a team ( 50% of your teams combined handicap) and not sure which is correct.
If a lower handicap is paired with a higher will they receive the same amount of shots or is it worked out individually? Thanks

Just to get the terminology correct. In fourball better ball match play, firstly calculate the playing handicap for all 4 players, which is 90% of Course Handicap (and a whole number).

Once you have the 4 Playing Handicaps, the shots are given to the 3 higher handicappers, and the number they are given is the difference between them and the low handicapper.
