Has anyone clicked on the ad on the forum homepage? I have one and just wanted to see what people thought of it? When the GPS subject is brought up on here it never really gets talked about like other GPS's but noticed the ad and thought someone might of had a look?

Can't praise the G300 Snooper Shotmiser enough. Excellent graphics (detailed map of course - not just yardage), easy to use, calculate your ideal layup yardage position, log scores, no problems with battery life, helpdesk fantastic!!

Love the way it zooms to your current position on the hole you are playing! Graphics show green, hazards etc...

A friend of mine has an more expensive unit (different company) and commented that he had noted other cheaper hand helds were showing yardage differences of up to 7 to 8 yrds, the shotmiser was showing same yardage as his unit!!

Another bonus is you can buy SatNav for the unit (incl. speed camera updates)

If you require a course that is not ready there could be a 2 week delay so take this into account if you are playing other courses, download first course for free other cost @£5

One downside is you have no excuses when you hit a bad shot as you knew the distance and club required for the shot!!!!
