Good music

Ask any rock drummer who influenced them- Bonzo will be one of them!
Influential lead guitarist- jimmy Page is high on the list
Lead wailer- Robert Plant one of the first

They started a lot of it in the late ‘60s

Bonham yes, the rest nah not for me, they’re just a $hit blues band at heart.

Wrong forum to ask about music on. Too many folk stuck in a bygone age of insipid banality. The what are you listening to thread is basically a who’s who of shocking paint by numbers filler of 70’s has beens.

Hope you are not referring to my Abba picks ;)

Bonamassa, if only there was a not like button;), as someone else said to something else, shite blues, thats been done to death. had to stop buying one of the guitar mags because he was in it every month:sick:

Probably a reason why he's in it every month...

So you've done the easy thing & slagged him off; now do the hard thing & tell us who's currently better than him...

Is Joe Satriani still playing?
Loved Surfing with the Alien 👽🎸

generic Blues /rock type crap, not my thing been done to death, by more original artists 50 years ago.

Its not in it for any other reason, he uses a lot of guitars and they love showing a 1958 les paul... every month it seems

I actually think ABBA are possibly the best pop band of all time!

Anyway, it's not that I'm saying people shouldn't like some old music but it's pretty obvious some of the more senior members of the forum don't listen to anything modern!

Can't disagree with either of those statements.
