that to me is going to be happening very soon ,also have an in built tracker that can be checked to see where anyone has been let alone where they are now ,crime would be almost irradicated at a stroke as nobody would be able to say that they werent there at the time of a crime.

Personally I don't see any point doing it anyway, those who want to break the law will equip themselves with fake ID's.

Difficult to do properly with a driving licence.
