Golfers Elbow

I started useing Voltaren (a diclofenac salve) on mine about a week ago, and is has worked wonders. I still occasionally feel it under strain now, but the constant inflammatory pain is gone, which is such a relief.

Mine seems to have eased up a little. Been icing it and also applying some ibuprofen gel and the pain has definitely died down. Got a physio appointment tomorrow for pain in my back and shoulders which may also relieve some of the pain in my elbow. Playing of Sat morning for the first time in a month so hope it feels ok.

Thought this had sorted itself out, only had very mild and occasional symptoms for the last two months. Then out of nowhere yesterday, playing bunker shot on the first - bang - searing pain.

felt it on and off for the rest of the round, and now this morning can't even lift up a cup of tea without getting a sharp pain.

not a happy bunny, grrr.

I'm the same after 3 days golfing last weekend - bloody killing me. Played 9 holes last night and during the round felt fine but this morning its really hurting again.

Been suffering for the best part of a year. Visited the doctors and got some exercises to do and have seen a definite improvement. Now playing without a support again.
