Has anyone suffered any problems with these ? Order some kit 2 weeks ago and it never arrived. Said they'd send me an update but have gone quiet.

Had to apply for a refund through Paypal, pretty cr&p service

Just as well paid thru paypal but if u did use credit card you can also get your money back from them now.
Hope u leave nice feed back on there site,people need to be warned but just thinking then some nice postie mite be trying your new kit now!!

I used this bunch a while back to get a Titleist 3 wood - no problems at all. In fact it was as goos a service as I've had from the likes of Snainton Golf. Maybe they're just having a bad day or 14....

Sounds like they are selling kit they do not have in stock and are probably having to wait while it comes to them before they ship it to you.

That is exactly what 118golf do too. I wouldn't mind if they are going to do that if they were the best priced (so you're getting a good deal) and they actually said on the website it wasn't in and would have to be ordered. I'd rather know where I stand before parting with my money

I had a bad experience, i dont think their customer service is up to much, very rarely did they reply to my emails. Best give them a call and have a barny, thats what i did..... not that it helped!

They emailed the day after I ordered to say there'd be a 3 day delay. Waited 8 days - no delivery. Chased them and they said they'd get back to me the next day. Didn't call me and still nothing 4 days later, despite chasing them twice more. Cowboys best avoided imho

Ordered some new shoes on Monday from Clubhouse golf and though I paid for next day del it usually never happens online, arrived yesterday at 0830!! Bonus and their Cust service is pretty good.

My missus ordered 4 items from them at Christmas. The roll neck they said was out of stock even though it was stilladvertised as in stock on the web and they sent the wrong colour belt and trousers. Socks were nice though. Sent it back before Xmas and it was a real pain to get her money back. Early jan in the end I think. Will never buy from them again.

Sort of correct. It is Hensol Golf Academy, just down the road from Vale GC - though the two aren't linked in anyway apart from locality.

I have purchased quite a bit from them over the years, always in person, never used t'internet with them.

Haven't brought from them for a while though, last few times I've been in there it has all seemed a little untidy and rushed. I think they do so much over the 'net they don't know their arse from their elbows.

Shame really.
