Golf Zone Sale

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has heard of the following website or bought clubs from the website.

www.golfzonesale.com

I was looking at buying Ping G10 irons & they are only £225.

I know when someting appears too good it usually is.

Cheers

Anybody who buys gear off any of these sites are either retarded or thick.

If you're unsure always check with the manufacturer to see if the said shop are reputable.

Phew. Thank god I found this post before I done something stupid! OK, so for the benefit of those of us who are planning on buying new clubs online in the near future, can anyone recommend any good (reasonable and reputable) sites to do business with? I'm thinking in particular somewhere that delivers to either Australia and/or UK. Cheers all..

Hi and welcome to the site

There are many good, reliable and honest sites and it's " horses for courses" depending on what exactly you are looking for. The main point is to research thoroughly the site before ordering. Ask on here about a specific site and you are likely to get a fair answer.

Any site that is too good to be true, obviously Chinese, sell Ping, don't have a UK phone number or address should be treated with the utmost caution

You must really be stupid if you was about to hand over your hard earned money mate.

If its really cheaper than American golf, then I'd suggest ringing AG and ask them to price match and see what response you get off them.

If you type Golf Zone Sale in to google there is a link to this thread listed. That could have been it.
Wow...I'm actually really surprised by that. I thought forums generally didn't allow search engines to index their discussions, in order to stop spammers getting free links by posting in them.

Just for info, i arrived here after googling for new clubs and going to the 'shopping' tab. In there, there were a hell of a lot of good deals in thegolfzone.co.uk. It was clearly obvious it was a scam, but it just made me wonder how rife the fake clubs business is? so, i googled 'is golfzonesale a reputable site' and ended up following a link to this post.
Dont get me wrong, I'm not daft enough to pay half the cost and expect stuff to be genuine, but the real worry was paying full whack and getting fake clubs through the door. Thats why I decided not to order from anywhere before I got advice.
