They’re all at it. PXG don’t have a unique design in their collection. Most manufacturers have copied the Ody fang design, most have copied the TM spider and everyone has copied the Anser.
There is little originality in golf club design these days.

Due to the warm weather etc hit a career best drive yesterday 277yds. Finally I could reach a par 5 in two thinks I. Tried to hit my 3w so hard ended up with a fresh air shot, walked off with an 8.

Only disappointment today was our 635 yard par 5
Walked off with an 8 but was within 300 yards in 2.. didn't like my lie so thought just a safe 7 iron.. get yourself in a good position to get on in 4... Shanked it into the gorse and had to go again

Played well the last few weeks. Mainly team comps plus one Stableford. First medal since my uptake in form this morning. Woeful! So annoying. Witnessed someone snapping a club in anger on an adjoining fairway which cheered me up though.

Not a great round yesterday.. left me feeling should I now abstain from competition stuff it’s not fun anymore or at least I am not enjoying it.
Cold light of day analysis showed 41 putts ( green speeds varied massively due to growth rates and glazing) but I was missing stuff. 6 iron kept hitting trees … solution get rid of 6 iron, practice putting or change the putter out for a trusted favourite.
Also I think my irons are so mat focused I need to hit more off turf .. I know it’s weird but my game is severely affected by false grass mats

I had the same mat/turf problem after winter. Just getting out fairly regularly and it got better. Stick with it

Being told my shirt was untucked ( always happens - it’s not too small - it’s just my massive natural shoulders!) … then seeing a young lady wearing a skirt that was no more than a belt .. talk about sexualising an innocent game !! And no one saying to her please wear more appropriate attire
