Golf near Portsmouth

Wanting to book golf between Xmas and New Year but I need to have a buggy as brother in law has MS, needs to be 30 mins or so from Portsmouth, had looked at goodwood but £45 for a buggy !!!

Any help appreciated don't mind paying £30-40 for a round.

In all seriousness it will really depend on the weather as the majority of courses in this area are non links despite being by the coast, you might struggle to find courses still using buggies
