The last I heard from them when I phoned some time after placing an order was that they send samples of the embroidery first (in this case the 'name') to everyone who orders. I am still awaiting this.
They do not have an order form, which makes things a little complicated, as details of payment methods etc are available only afetr you accept the samples and confirm the order.
I was hoping to have these for The Belfry - I'm no longer holding my breath.

Just had this reply back from Ellie:
"Hi Keith,
The first three orders that were placed with us have all had sample embroidery sent for approval by e-mail as I did with your Golf Monthly logo. I explained to the person over the telephone that once all samples are approved then the order is then processed to the next step and they are contacted for payment as the goods are ready for despatch. I shall look back to see who has not replied as approving their logo and contact them.
I don’t know if you want to add this to your forum but if people need their items by a certain date then they need to let me know as we are working on a 3-4 week turnaround at the moment as it is our busiest time of year. We always try and do our best for all of our customers and I am sorry to hear that one of your colleagues is unhappy with the service that he has received.

Anyone who has placed an order needs to check their email inbox, if they have recieved a mail from Ellie they need to reply asap.

Had an eail off Ellie yesterday, with an attachent, but i cant download the thing to see what the logo'd shirt looks like, if there is a person out there who knows what they are doing I.T.wise, could you send me a pic of their shirt,so i can see what it looks like, thanks, Bill

OK, I've got mine.
Once we'd got the payment details sorted they were sent out that day or the next. Unfortunately they use InterLink, so as there was no-one to receive them I had to arrange to collect from their depot.

I got the Henbury H100's, fairly heavyweight material but I knew it as our society polos are the same.
logos are well finished with dense stitching. I shall be modelling these at The Belfry.
the white on black stands out really well (hopefully the dye in the shirt will do as well!)

Out of interest I notice they also do some jumpers too. Are the costs the same (I presume its the same template) as I really fancy a snazzy jumper for the GM winter meets with either my proper name or my forum name on the side
