Golf In Worthing, Sussex

I'll be staying with a friend in Worthing next month and have tasked him with finding a course. As good a friend as he is I think I would prefer suggestions from here!

I don't have a handicap certificate so that will rule out some courses and will be looking to play midweek.

Are there are hidden gems out there anyone cares to champion?

There is a course in Worthing designed by Harry Colt which might be worth a try: www.westsussexgolf.co.uk - or perhaps two nr. Worthing you might like to consider: Rustington Golf Centre (Muni) and Ham Manor (Membership). I think there are plenty of courses in the area (just google golf in Worthing) but these I have played.
