Steve's qualities cannot be called into question. I get enraged when he doesn't get the credit he deserves.
It makes me mad that the press and USPGA/PGA have attributed his 14 major wins to some young, sex-obsessed upstart! "Steve Williams has won 14 majors with a little bit of help from a tour pro" should be the way it's recorded.

I'm not sure Stevie was expecting such a surge up the leaderboard from Scott Vail today. I think Vail will struggle over the weekend though. I mean he doesn't have Stevie's experience of holding an umbrella in strong winds when you are coming down the stretch and I doubt he'll have the necessary towelling technique to keep Snedeker's grips dry when the rain comes down.
