When I worked at Thoresby Colliery, he turned up with his entourage. He went underground for half an hour, but the lads who worked UG were informed they could not talk to him. They were rightly worried about the future of Thoresby/ there jobs. The odious little ( insert own word). Was presented with an oil lamp and deported the pit smiling his head off. Suffice to say, he never empndeared himself to the pit lads or myself that day.
Just read a piece on the BBC website that he now admits that the Tories " got it wrong on immigration". Really Sherlock. But the comment that really got my back up was when he was questioned about this comment. Mr Osborne was also asked if he had any regrets over comments, attributed to him, that he would not rest until Prime Minister Theresa May was "chopped up in bags in my freezer". disgusting comments.
