Never had any plans of buying new irons until the xmas sales and it got me thinking.
I had a fitting session done last season and i was fitted for px 5.5 shafts.
I was playing cobra cb forged irons. Lovely irons just fancied something more up to date.
I went for a set of Callaway x hot 2 pro irons. Affordable golf are doing them at the moment for £299 and thats 3-pw fitted with project x 5.5 or 6.0 flighted 95s.
Lovely feeling irons and i like the flight the 95 shaft gives me. Its a flighted shaft thats lighter than the standard ones. I de-loft quite a bit so it was nice seeing a bit of height for a change.
Worth a look at that price if anyone is in the market for new bats.
