Glad everybody had a good time unfortunately I had to work or I would have come, they do quite a few offers every month.

A good day was had today, despite a little rain, not much fortunately, Nice to play with LB and Birchy again as always, driving around in the buggy was great fun, especially with the skidding and sliding on the muddier parts of the course, the festive baguettes were very good too and all in all it was great value, Cheers for whoever spotted it.

As for the golf, well Birchy won with 38 points, first nine of 20 was particularly good, LB won nearest the pin, I had a decent first 9 for 16 points but despite mostly driving well my long irons let me down and I fel lapart on the back nine.

Yeah enjoyed playing a course that wasnt completley waterlogged! . I was happy with how i played really after a month off, a few pitches from inside 100 yards and short range chips were utterly pathetic but i made up for it with the putting (and a few lucky bounces )

The festive baguette was fantasmic and well worth a visit just for that!
