Go for it. Me and my mate got through about 4 rounds last year, but had a winning debut at Royal Lytham & st. Annes (only cost us £40 as well). Very well run, and we were beaten my a set of lads from S & A who went on to represent England.

Played in it last year, got through to the last regional round and played 2 lads at golf college round their home track. Played out of my boots, sadly the course beat my partner up and we got beat on 16

Good fun, the only disappointment was the regional final (if we'd won the last game) was fricking miles away (and not in the slightest regional to us)
