Thinking out loud, we could sticky the main events non-banterous arrangement details to keep things helpful and tidy (small events wouldnt qualify otherwise it would be pointless). It would then get unstickied the day after the event.

Whatcha think?

Great idea but a lot of these organistational threads often get "hijacked" or taken off tangent. Would that mean you and the other mods having to watch them and perhaps move/delete banter to keep them on subject - just trying to be objective
