What's the difference between the lounge and out of bounds.

The lounge says discuss everything, out of bounds says anything off topic...maybe it should be

The lounge "discuss anything golf related" and then out of bounds is discuss anything not golf related?

The lounge used to be the original and only section then the OOB section, arrange a game, Forsale etc was created, the sub title was never changed for some reason. The lounge is general golf, OOB is for non golf.
Anything non golf gets shifted into here should it be necessary from any other section.

Might make sense so Newbies know where to post stuff.....

That was my thoughts. Even if it reduces the number of incorrectly posted threads by 50% that's 50% less thread moving you guys need to worry about.

I think it would be lucky to reduce it by 10%, anyway it only takes two seconds to move a thread/post.

But it's clearly inconsistent text, should be change just for the sake of correctness surely. I'd hate it if the site I administer wasnt correct...
