As i couldnt get a set of 735cms fitted , Looks like these ZBs are on the shortlist to buy for my next set of clubs, MY ping G2s are way to forgiving, I tried shaping some shots with them at the range and struggled a bit so i borrowed a 695mb from the pro and found it so much easier to get the ball behaving how i wanted it, bearing in mind they are a full blade i will want a little more forgiveness on poorer struck shots (Like the 735s) so I think a progressive set is still on the cards Cant wait to see them in the flesh.
at first i didnt like the look of them clubs but now they have grown on me some how!

Has anyone ever experienced difficulty in playing the shots they wanted because there clubs were to forgiving? and do you find playability more important over forgiveness??

I dont think i'll go for the pings john because they are cast i wanted to go for a forged club, although the i 10s are pretty nice, i hit them at a demo day at west malling, the s59s are ok to, but after hitting the titleist 695,735,755 and mizunos 57,67, I definately wanna forged club

Big bertha's divot? I have used the last ones and i thought they were great but was advised against getting them because i hit the ball well anyway.

I like forged clubs myself. Your right about shaping. I find it really hard to get the ball to move with cavity back cast irons. I know the modern ball has a lot to do with it, but there's nothing better than drifting an nice iron shot into a tucked away pin!

MVP if you dont mind me asking whats your handi-cap and average score to par?

it has been 19 for 2 years but i never put any cards in . I started shooting 38-43 on nine holes but since i joined my new club ive been crap but i havent played in the winter before and not used to the sloppy lies etc, i still managed to bag a good few pars normaly followed by a couple of short game disasters. My ball striking is really good and i hit hit 3 irons really well too.

Really looking forward to the New titleist clubs now, Now i know my fitting requirements are nearer standard I can get a better feed back from the Demo clubs! Which is good.

i tried the MP 57 but it had a nippon shaft not a Dynamic gold which i was not used too but still hit a nice ball with it.

Like i said before it would be nice to get demo sets for a weekend to try out rather than 6 irons!
