Flightscope kicked me in the manhood today

Bluewolf - which s9 pro have you got? d or s? I've got an s in 9.5 degrees with the stiff matrix shaft. The clubhead and shaft combo is supposed to lower spin and height - had a zl which went high and lost distance, the s9 keeps it on a nice rainbow flight with the same carry but no where near the height with plenty of run out.
Try a the shafts and heads and good luck - the right one makes a big difference as you know. Can suggest the s9 pro s is shallow and d is a deeper face I think the s is a lower spin rate. 'Bout 70 bob on ebay.

It's the 9.5* s model with the stiff matrix shaft. My other driver is a Cally FT 9 which is long but very high launching. The Cobra has a much better flight but in these conditions not much extra distance. It'll come into it's own in summer with the harder fairways.

@Darth, I do think that there is no such thing as the perfect shaft/head combo. What works well one day, may not work on another. Pick a head that you feel confident looking down on, coupled with a shaft that you enjoy swinging. And make sure that you can hit the ball type that you're actually going to use. Otherwise, what's the point.

Ladies are allowed to play now

Hopefully you'll figure out the smilies as you get used to the forum.... ;)

Yes, flightscope is a golf ball launch monitoring device, it nomally brings Gods back to mortality :D
Apologies, I will learn and adapt.
Where are the Fligthscpoes normally found?

Nothing wrong with 102-105 clubhead speed, above average i would say.

What a lot of guys on here seem to forget, the object of this game is to get the ball in the hole in fewer strokes, not how fast you swing a club.;)
