More than likely played the last round of golf for this year, unless we get some fantastic weather up he in the north east and finished on a high, well a high for me anyway.
Linden Hall, fine weather but windy and even though I was 7, yes 7 balls down by the close, I still managed a round of 90.
My best shot of the day was on the 10th, a 4 iron off the tee left me short of the dog leg elbow and a good distance from the green, so I played my 3 fairway and purposely tried to bend it around the trees in front and to my right. Lo and behold the ball behaved, it kept low under the branches, bent right and rolled to up to the fringe of the green, chip and two putt wasn't the best way to finish the hole but hey ho I wasn't at work
All in all a good day, course was a little wet, but overall it was in good nick and will definatley be playing it again at some point.
