After almost 2 years of struggle, worry and throwing money into the V-Easy's bottomless pit, today, I got my first cheque from YES GOLF from the sales of the first batch. :D :D :D
Not a life changing amount but fish fingers and chips is a step up from beans and toast. :)
I know it's a long process and time will tell if it will be a success, but I just wanted to thank all those who have bought one and for Graham for stocking it in his huge cyber shop.
Ta muchly

Must be satisfying for you Bobmac. How many inventions make it to production and sales, not many I'll bet, just watch Dragons Den to see the amount of inventors who cannot get there stuff of the ground. Well done mate, I'd never buy one though, looks crap. Just Kidding mate.

Thanks
I too watch Dragons Den sometimes and smile inwardly to myself. :)
It is great to see it in the shops but that doesn't pay the bills. I'll be happier when I can drag myself out of the poor house. :)

They use them as big ol' chopsticks there though!
Havent seen any over here yet I have to say.

As far as I know, all American Golf's have them and I think Belfast would be nearest to you being in Bangor.

Well done Bob. To be an inventor who can take a product to market and turn a profit, however small, is an achievement in itself. All the best for the future - Onwards and upwards

Congrats Bob, first of many more (and increasingly bigger!) I hope.

It's nice when one of the good guys does well

1 x decent website = £200
PM me if you're interested :D

Congrats on picking up your first cheque, every journey starts with the first step.

Thanks :)

I'll be the first to admit it's not a great web site.
I think it does however give lots of information and lots of photographs which break up the text.
It's clear and easy to read and gives you a bit of the background on how to use it etc
And finally a very simple way to buy one if one wishes.

I have never had any training in web design but I have learned by visiting a lot of golf websites that are much worse than mine.

It's such a shame I cant go somewhere where there are lots of "experts" where I could get free professional advice to improve my site ;)

I'm sure there is a forum somewhere out there for you Bob....

If there isn't one yet, I'm sure JustOne could set up for your mutual benefit :) :)
