Finally, my best round this year

After struggling all year to get any sort of consistency I played yesterday in a 4 man team event, all scores to count and scored a 6 under hcp of 87. Very pleased and even though the front 9 was out in level after some wayward tee shots I was swinging with some real rhythm and got it under control from 8 onwards and was 4 over back 9.
Confidence is back and can't wait to get back out

Great score but call me finnicky but surely less pressure in a team event with mates to pull you along. Not knocking a marvellous score and great achievement but the big test is to repeat it in the next medal. Maybe I'm just picking hairs. Well played. A PB is a PB

Fair comment Homer, I was told a week before I had to perform as these guys won it last year and I was replacing a guy on holiday. A one off chance and I scored 1/3 of our points as my team mates didnt have a good game which is out of character for them.
It was all 4 scores to count on stableford format

boo HJS an all 4 scores to count team comp is no different to a medal, fair point if it was 2/3 from 4 but all scores counting is as good as a medal to me.
