I slid/fell down an embankment, Monday last week (about 8ft), whilst retrieveing my partners ball. I jarred or twisted my left knee but thought nothing of it as I'd also wrenched my right shoulder over my head like a chicken wing and it hurt like hell (and still hurts now)
The next day I noticed that my knee had 'swollen up' in a puffy kind of way and there was a big bulb of waterey swelling (that felt like a pillow) just below my left kneecap and I could barely walk for 3 days.
Played golf with it on the Friday whilst on a hefty dose of Tramodol and although it's going down it seems to be hanging around... and I'm playing tomorrow so will have to take more drugs...
...will it go away of it's own accord?
Any sufferers of water on the knee?
