Favorite Golf Tournament (Not a Major)

Pebble, Scottish, Players and Dunhill are certainly the obvious standouts.
I really like Harbor Town too - narrow tree lined course is a lot more like the UK parklands that many (most?) of us actually play on. Sort of .

I actually like the end of year Middle East DP tournaments although can see why they’re not for everyone. The big Euro stars are back from America so the chance for the DPTour players to mix it with them while fighting for cards or PGAT spots is interesting. Helps that the PGAT is essentially pointless/shut between Sept and Feb.

I like The Players, feels like the start of the golf season but they are beginning to overhype it a bit. I also like a few of the early season ones as well like The Waste Management and the one they play at Riviera.

I'm not too fussed about the tournament itself, I'm far more inclined to watch as much as I can when they're playing an interesting course.
So many PGAT courses are instantly forgettable.
Sawgrass, Harbour Town, Riviera and Torrey are some of the better courses they play..there's just a bit more going on rather than driver, wedge every time.
I like the African swing of the DPWT....the courses have something about them and you never know what you're going to see wandering across the fairways..

Ryder Cup obviously, the best event to watch of all. Aside from that I don't really watch any non-majors, but I do watch a bit of the Player's Championship at Sawgrass, so I'd say that is my next favourite.
