Can anyone identify the difference in these? :

Is it that on the left you look like an athletic James Bond and on the right a potato farmer???

I'd start with your posture, no point in worrying about the swing until that is sorted. It will help you get the club up on plane, standing up straight at address (like you do now) will have your shoulders turning too flat and you'll have to compensate.
