My wife is taking my son and 3 of his mates to "Go Ape" at Tilgate Park this weekend and she has had to fill in a detailed form in advance. In the children's section of said form, one of the questions actually asks, "do any of the children in your party weigh over 20 stone?"
She was absolutely amazed to read this and so was I. If a kid reaches 20 stone then the parents have something to answer for. Just not right.
We shook our heads and came out with the usual platitudes; what has the country come to? Not in my day etc etc.
Quite shocking to see that a form like this needs to ask such a question. Well, we were shocked anyway.
