Energy foods for during the round

Following on from the thread about dehydrating during a round I've decided to start snacking and drinking more during rounds to reduce fatigue I was wondering what you all take with you to eat and drink during a round if golf?
 
Was the other thread about hydration not long winded enough? Drink anything, eat anything. Or don't. Go wild.
 
Depends- might be last night's leftover donner kebab. If I'm feeling a bit healthier then I ensure that I finish it the night before.
 
I have low fat high protein flap jacks from a company called "grenade" their made for body builders but taste great for low fat flapjacks
 
I tend to take bananas and fruit bars to eat. I drink water and have started drinking coconut water recently which seems to be having a benefit. As a diabetic I do need to keep an eye on sugar levels
 
Ideal foods for during the round include
Sandwiches with brown bread...a filling of marmite or peanut butter are ideal..Half of this should be eaten on around the 5th hole..
Have a cereal bar and or piece of fruit on the 8th hole
A handful of mixed nuts and dried fruit on around the 11th
The other half of the sandwich on the 14th/15th
