Do companies let people 'vape' at work?.. in their office?.. at their desk?

Just wondering how the situation is with these lekky fags.

Anyone done it at a restaurant yet?

in a plane?

Stories please....... :p

I got one of these a few months back to try.

Work said " no way ". Not even willing to discuss it.

Tried it in a restaurant and was asked to put it away as it was causing fellow diners "alarm".

I wouldn't even consider using it on a plane, they'd probably divert to the nearest airport and you'd end up in handcuffs.

Wasn't there a major security alert on a bus on the motorway prior to the start of the Olympic games due to the vapour?

Yes, on the M6 Toll Road, a passenger saw the vapours coming out of a bag and called the police. Caused the motorway section to be closed and the coach brought to a halt with a large number of armed police present.

I use mine wherever I go. I am allowed at work (I didnt ask - I just did!). Quite a few do at my place.

Standard Life banned them at the desk.

I have used it on planes, Easy Jet, Ryan Air and Eurpoa so far. I am not sure if they are allowed however. Security at Airports dont query it. I also had the refillable liquid and it got through no questions asked.

The thing is, it can be done so discretely that no one actually notices if you are clever about it.
