Bought a hybrid 2 weeks ago, still not turned up,contacted seller and told him.
Checked sorting office and nothing, it was posted 2 weeks ago standard parcel.
Asked the seller for a refund as PO has clearly lost it, seller refused until he gets a refund first.
So paid out for a club which I do not have or will likely receive, to me the seller's problem lies with the PO and not me.
Am I being unfair to ask for a refund,personally I think he should refund me now and not wait until he gets compensation which could be weeks and weeks.
As a trusted seller myself I would have refunded straight away, defietely giving v negative feedback.
