I'm looking to improve my tempo and sequencing with the driver - basically I struggle not to try and belt the ball with driver in hand, and the things that are good about my swing with the irons quickly disappear!

I've read that the orange whip is designed to do exactly what I'm looking for - I'm sure a few on here must have one, any thoughts / tips? Is it worth it?

I think it's good as a warm up device and as something to use to sequence your swing.

I have one but I find it hurts my wrists because it’s so heavy.
It does slow you down .
And I think it does work if you use it little and often.
It’s good for flexibility 5 mins a day.

I've borrowed one and it's fine for stretches, despite claims I can swing it just as bad as any driver
