You are hitting the ball too high on the club face. Loft increases on the driver face as you get higher, loft creates high spin which makes the ball go higher. If you hit the ball with the very top edge of your driver the ball will almost go up vertical.
The answer is to work on making contact slightly above centre on the club face with the club travelling on a slightly upward trajectory at impact. If you can get some dry powder foot spray and coat the club face when you are practicing it will show you exactly where you're striking it so you can make adjustments to improve contact. Good luck
