Some rule change proposals are good, such as 3 mins max for searching for a lost ball, but some of the others are cheat's charters!

Cheaters sadly don't bother with the rules anyway .

There is an existing thread in the lounge on this very subject.

Happy to leave it in the lounge for the minute as it gets more exposure and at the moment these are proposals .

I'd rather leave the rules section for queries regarding the current set of rules
