DP tour with LIV golfer

Hi all my first post here so be gentle!
I have scoured the web looking for a story on how Richard Bland is playing in the ISPS Handa World Invitational this week.
Has he left LIV or is it something else?

I think it's because the DP World Tour haven't suspended members who have gone to LIV, as their rules are different from the PGA Tour
