Donnington Grove - Open?

I'm trying to book a tee-time at Donnington Grove but every time I try online it tells me the tee-time is locked, I've tried calling but an automated message says they have an issue with their phones and to leave a message, which I've done. I've also sent an email but zero response, is anyone aware if it's still open?

Turns out they’ve had a power cut….. doesn’t explain why the online booking doesn’t work!

Maybe booking has been suspended, due to the power cut they may not be able to update the booking sheet, so taking no bookings avoids double bookings and other such errors.

That's what I'm presuming, as I'm in the area for 5 1/2 hours I'm going to pop in and see if I can get a slot.
