Thx Hawkeye, I have lost about 18 KG now, Its down to not eating prcessed food, and walking loads. I try and play 4-5 games a week. I also walk my dogs for about 2-3 hours per day.
good going,try cutting out to much salt and starchy foods,you should do other types of exercise to shock your body into burning more calories,i train 3 times a week ( help run a boxing gym ) but find swimming to be very beneficial low impact for the joints and enjoyable,keep it up.Thx Hawkeye, I have lost about 18 KG now, Its down to not eating processed food, and walking loads. Don't you have to get your heart rate up to lose weight though? You can burn calories standing still. Obviously everyone is different but I know for a fact that if I don't run a couple of times a week on top of golf I put weight on. Walking round a golf course isn't the slightest bit taxing to me and I most certainly wouldn't class it as weight losing exercise.
