I kind of agree BUT still feel the distinction of whether it's exercise for health or fitness is relevant...walking 5-6m is beneficial for health, if not fitness.
Walking up the steep path between our 11th green and 12th tee is pretty aerobic/cardiovascular, especially carrying a bag full of clubs! :mmm:I haven't read the full 9 pages but in my opinion it is unquestionably exercise.
It's not aerobic / cardiovascular, and there are a great many activities that offer more vigorous exercise, but all physical activities are exercise golf included.
Dont even no why this is a topic OF COURSE GOLF IS EXERCISE....and in the evening I'm mentally tired and sleep well after a game.
