It evens itself out over a few rounds or even a few holes.
One or two rounds may feel that things have not gone your way but if you look at it realistically there will be several shots that came off when really the shouldn't.
Had one last night where I had a fantastic drive then thinned a 7i - it hit the flag stick and stopped dead for a birdie - it should have been 30 yards through the green at the rate it was travelling.
Next hole I thought I had played perfectly but because of the cross wind aimed a little right and bounced exactly where I was aiming (for once) and ended up taking 4 more to get down instead of a par which I thought I may end up with pulled a double.
If it wasn't for my bad luck on the course I'd have no luck at all. Played last weekend and every drive seemed to run a yard too far into penal semi rough. Bad luck or bad play. In hindsight a little of the first and a fair dose of the second
