Haha. It was fitted across the two lower beams that lead to the front wheel

Must be important, best you put it back where you found it and don’t tell anyone you took it off ???

i think its a seat attachment, one of the guys i know has something sim on his and it is attached to another pillar and a seat on that.

I would agree with patricks

I dismantled a few power caddies last year and none had that on them.

Always photographed things before taking them apart.
It helps with this sort of problem.
We had a grinder in work ,the lads usually brought their mower blades in to sharpen them.
One guy taking the pee ,brought the whole roads in I think.
We told him next time he brings his blade in bring the whole mower so we can balance his blades for him.
We did the blades no prob .
When he picked it up we gave him a small bag of nuts and bolts we just found in the shop.
“ we couldn’t find were these went” we told him .
He never brought us anything again.
