Does a Golf Club have a CDH number?

Silly question, does a golf club have a CDH number??? I assumed CDH was just a reference for a golfer and their handicap, but my owner has just contacted me, saying he is filling in a form for England Golf and it asks for the clubs CDH

Yes, it has. On Handicapmaster it lists all course with their CDH numbers.
