Now this is in no way a Nike bashing thread as every item of clothing I own and my golf bag is also Nike, I also have Nike Lunar shoes in black with red trim which I love and beat my Addidas ATV's hands down. Now having had a good look at the latest Lunar shoe on Rory's feet over the past two days I don't think I'm too impressed with them. They have just done abit too much too them and they look like a running shoe or something similar. I defiantly want to go with Lunars for my next shoe but I think I may have to buy another pair of the old style. As for the new Addidas shoe... If they supplied some interchangeable blades with them then I would use them for golf and football.

Oh well ill still probably end up buying the new Nike Lunar

What's your thoughts?

My 2nd pair of Nike lunars are going back (being collected) next week due to leaks again. Only leaked again in the right shoe but leaked all the same. 2nd pair since last July so being refunded this time.

Going for the Ecco Streets instead as only heard 100% good things.

I love the look of them, especially the ones that Rory has been wearing. Not sure I'd pay over £100 for them though, but do think they are a very nice looking shoe.

BTW Daveyboy are you going on Tuesday night??? ;)

They are not the stablest of shoes in the mud.

Best change that to 99% now.......

Wouldn't dream of wearing them at this time of the year, I have my AQL's with Stingers in for that. Wore the Lunars in only slight damp weather and both pairs have leaked/seeped water in.

All my clothing is Nike also and I love it. It is also helped by the fact that there is a Nike factory outlet shop 5 mins from me. I purchased just before Xmas a Tiger Woods shirt for £16.99. You get dri-fir :whoo:trousers for £20 also...... Just they do not have a bigger size in the shoes that are £39.99 in stead of the RRP of £129......:(

I do like them. In the flesh they look an awesome shoe, and are lighter than the older model. I will probably end up buying a pair...but I also fancy a pair of the Adidas Crossflex shoes. I'm a bit of a shoe whore!

Looking to get new shoes very soon as my footjoys have seen far better days. I have been looking at the lunars but not quite ready to commit yet as hear a lot of stories of them leaking.

Got a pair of Lunar Control last summer and although not the most comfortable shoe I've had, they're plenty comfy.
Bought a pair of Lunar Saddle just before Christmas and they're the most uncomfortable pair of anything I've ever put on my feet.
