Di Canio sacked

Mans a fruit loop. The things he was demanding if players was unreasonable. He wouldn't have stood for it as a player. TUBE

Aye, I can't see either team doing particularly well this season, mid table medocrity is about the best we can hope for.

"mid table mediocrity "......the people who run the club WILL be happy with that but,as they have come out and stated top 10 is more important than domestic cup success (more money involved ) all they care about.....a poll came out and 66% of fans said they would take a cup trophy over top 10 position..............surprised it wasnt higher myself.......that would do me a cup win for a lifetime of support.

Newcastle I am on about by the way

I have met Paolo once and he is a very nice bloke. Played 5 a side with him too which was amazing. Top man, despite his fascism and anger management issues!

As a Wednesdayite, I would like to see him at Hillsborough but then again, I rarely reflect the majority view.

In a way I'd like to see him there as well but the man is a nomad, never stays at the same place for very long. Do you think he'd come back after the way the club treated him? Granted it was years ago but still...

He might as nothing is a surprise in football any more.

I would like to see Di Canio as head of player discipline and Waddle as his number 2 as skills coach. Big Ron on the phone as Director of Football to help with tactics too!

Waddle talks a lot of sense on 5 Live so he obviously has the knowledge, surprised he hasn't tried his hand at management. He'd be an instant god (again) at Hillsborough if he ever came back.
