Hi hope someone can help. Played comp today, on 15th tee box there was only one marker on left
side, everyone choose where to position ball to tee off, is this ok or does it incur penalty as area
wasn't defined. Our ladies comps are played over two days. 10 played same comp on Sat when area was
defined by two red markers. Pro shop say should have called for another marker, failng that tee off
within area you think marker should be. Is this correct.HELP PLEASE

That's certainly what we did when this happened one time.

Checked after the round and it was deemed fine.

Another example of semi-idiocy of Pro-Shop imo. Yeah, we'll hold up the entire course while you locate a tee, find put where oit was meant to be and get all the way out! Bet there's a 'No Phones on the Course' rule too! :D
